I am sure any management company can do the basics, but Beverly's team is part of the community; they attend events, I see them at school events and at the market and they get the "feel" we are going for. NMI was brought on by Glendover Park HOA in 2004 and they have done a great job from day one. I have been more than happy with our decision to go with NMI. NMI pushes for the highest level of accuracy and thoroughness. We have had a couple different managers as NMI has grown and they all have had the same goal in mind...Keeping our neighborhood looking it's best and running smoothly. They are not afraid to pursue avenues necessary to keep dues coming in and they are quick to respond when the board has an issue. I think that NMI is well worth the money we pay for their services and as a board member for 6 years that's really an important factor for me, since my duty to my community as a board member is to act in the best interest of the community and thanks to NMI I feel capable and comfortable that I have done just that.
