About Our Founder

 Beverly Coghlan, President of Neighborhood Management, Inc. founded her company with customer service and long-term relationships at the core of the business plan specializing in community association management. As the President of the company, Beverly is hands on with the management and day-to-day operation of the business, while managing a portfolio of associations.

Beverly has earned and maintains the Certified Management of Community Association (CMCA) designation, and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. These designations are earned through educational classes and by the number of years of experience in the industry from the national organization of Community Associations Institute. She also has earned the highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Professional designations also require compliance with a code of ethics and continuing education, which keep managers up to date on the newest legislation, industry trends and current information.

Prior to becoming a Texan, Beverly had a background in retail management at the district level, supervising over 175 employees and reaching the accolade of number one district manager for a national retail chain of stores. This background of supervision, motivation, problem solving and communication was a natural fit for association management. She continues to use these skills to manage the association portfolio of Neighborhood Management Inc.

Beverly resides in Allen, Texas with her husband and three children.
